  Late Arrival Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a fee will be assessed. This policy helps ensure that all appointments run smoothly and on time for every client. 

Payments

We accept Cash, Credit & Debit Cards Only. No Personal Checks will be accepted. 

Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to remain on file, and full prepayment is necessary to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to the studio's cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee.
   
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
   

No exceptions. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies.

 Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, only the person receiving the treatment is permitted in the service room. No additional guests or entourages allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
